Nina Choi is an Korean American photographer born in Texas. She began her exploration of photography in high school at Glassell School of Art, Houston and further honed her skills by graduating from the BFA photography department at Parsons School of Design, New York City.
Two decades later, Nina’s commercial photography embraces a diverse range of subjects, including architecture, travel, still life, food, and fashion. Her photographic process combines adept technological skill with a continually evolving vision. Nina strives to capture fleeting moments while balancing them with the symmetry of light and shadows.
When she is not on assignment, you can find her searching for perfect waves around the world and playing fetch with her rat terrier Star. Nina splits her time between New York, Los Angeles, and Singapore.
